Are you moving out of your home?  You must call the Clerk to get a final read and final utility bill! Our quarterly utility billing system bills in arrears.  For instance, your April bill due in May covers January 1 through March 31.  You must call the Clerk and have a final read done and a final bill generated.  We can send this directly to your title company so it can be taken care of at closing.  We are sad to see you go!
