Clerk’s Office

Our clerk, Jill Chapman, can be reached at clerk@villageofpinckney.org, or by calling the office at 734-878-6206.

The Clerk’s office handles the maintenance of all permanent records including meeting minutes for Village Council, Planning Commission, Downtown Development Association (DDA), all subcommittees (including Budget, Streets and Sidewalks, Sewer and Water, Personnel, Parks and Recreation and the Cemetery Board), original ordinances and resolutions and cemetery records.

Additionally, the Clerk’s office handles all quarterly utility billing (sewer, water and refuse), accounts payable, human resource functions, and monthly financial reporting, including overseeing accounts receivable and payroll.

All cemetery functions are managed out of this office.

All Village elections are handled through Putnam Township.  To register to vote in an upcoming election stop into the Putnam Township Hall located at 3280 W. M 36 during their regular business hours.  Click here to find your polling location.

The Clerk’s office is staffed Monday – Thursday from 8 AM – 4 PM by the Village Clerk and the Accountant.
