The Village of Pinckney is home to many spectacular events throughout the year. Most events are organized by volunteers or volunteer organizations. The village does not do planning and preparation for these events and therefore may not have the most current information available.

- Art in the Park – is organized by the local chamber of commerce. Click here for details.
- Hootin’ in the Park (Concerts at the gazebo) is organized by the M36 Rotary.
- Spooktacular, sponsored by the M36 Rotary club, is a free, family-fun night held just prior to Halloween each Fall.

September 27th 4:30-5:30 – Pinckney High School Homecoming Parade – M36 from People’s Church to PCHS
October 19th 9 am to 2 pm – Medication & Sharps Take Back in Putnam Square – organized by U of M Student Run Free Clinic
October 26th 6 – 8 pm – Spooktacular in Putnam Square sponsored by Highway M36 Rotary

Special Events Permit Application – A $100 application fee is required per the Fee Schedule adopted by Council 3/28/2022. Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.

Main Street Banner Application Permission to display a promotional banner across M-36 for civic or charitable activity must be authorized by Village Council.
MEMORIAL-DAY-PARADE-APPLICATION-2025 Parade is on Monday May 26, 2025. Applications must be in by 4:00pm on May 22, 2025.
